Postoperative Recovery Nurse

As an Inpatient Care Specialist with Adecco Medical, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of postoperative care for patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care and surveillance to patients, including hemodynamic, ventilatory, and neurological monitoring, as well as identifying potential risks and complications.
• Coordinating logistical aspects of patient care, including preparing and maintaining the operating room and managing medical equipment.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication, including assisting with medical procedures and providing pain management.
• Providing patient education and support, including explaining postoperative care, treatment options, and hygiene and dietary guidelines.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Care Specialist who possesses:

• A strong background in nursing, with a degree in nursing and at least one year of experience in a postoperative recovery setting.
• Excellent knowledge of medical equipment and medications used in the SSPI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
