The RoleWe are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Maintenance Core Crew for ongoing work in the Pilbara and South-West regions. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on fixed plant iron ore equipment, including pulleys, gearboxes, conveyor fit-outs, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on iron ore equipment
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
- Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights ticket (within 2 years)
- 2 Years Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and regular Drug and Alcohol screens
