**About the Role**
Lity is a leading international startup in the sales productivity sector. We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team.
The company's solutions are used by over 300K users, including global brands like Amazon, Uber, and Google. We've raised $4M in seed funding and reached $3M ARR in 2023.
**Our Product**
Lity offers tools that help sales teams optimize their workflows by providing real-time data and integration with CRMs and platforms like LinkedIn. Our product consists of two parts:
- A browser extension that integrates LinkedIn with CRMs, helping sales reps in their prospecting activities.
- A standalone platform designed to help sales teams scale their prospecting efforts beyond LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and identify key business needs to create intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers to propose UX solutions and design user-friendly workflows.
- Design desktop interfaces and build interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide detailed design specs and work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Occasionally contribute to updating and redesigning web pages in alignment with go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, grids, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map user journeys.
- Comfortable working in an international, fully remote team.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience designing dashboards, admin interfaces, or SaaS products.
