Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Company: Aphipro

Aphipro is a leading engineering firm specializing in project management and construction supervision with over 30 years of experience. We work on a variety of construction and renovation projects ranging from 1 to 10 million euros for public and private clients, including nursing homes, residential buildings, cultural, and sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project schedules for construction projects
  • Ensure effective management of preliminary studies, execution studies, and coordination
  • Create and implement construction organization plans
  • Lead on-site coordination meetings
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of construction works
  • Monitor compliance with planned resources and identify potential deviations
  • Propose corrective measures to ensure project success
  • Prepare and distribute site and coordination reports
  • Organize pre-reception visits, monitor progress in resolving issues, and participate in obtaining project deliverables
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a degree in architecture, engineering, or equivalent (MASTER 2) in Construction/Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and planning. Candidates with a BTS in Construction or DUT in Civil Engineering will also be considered. Strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication and management abilities are essential for this role.
