Job Description:
Domino Staff Aix is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for its office in Aix-en-Provence.
Reporting directly to the branch manager, your main responsibility will be to source temporary personnel and facilitate the placement of candidates in both fixed-term and permanent roles.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Assessing staffing requirements:
Gaining a thorough understanding of the specific needs of client organizations for temporary staffing
Candidate selection:
Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates from diverse channels, conducting interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the roles
Client presentations:
Preparing and delivering candidate profiles to clients, emphasizing their skills and competencies
Interview and assignment coordination:
Organizing interviews and managing the logistics for the commencement of assignments
Assignment monitoring:
Providing ongoing support during assignments to ensure satisfaction for both clients and temporary workers.
Candidate Profile:
With a minimum educational background of a 2-year degree up to a Master's degree in Human Resources, you possess a strong enthusiasm for recruitment and interpersonal relations.
