Your Impact

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop a comprehensive annual action plan encompassing sales targets, performance indicators, customer engagement strategies, and team initiatives.
  • Analyze boutique performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to maximize profitability.

Boutique Management & Operations

  • Serve as the ambassador of Montblanc, fostering strong relationships with clients and external partners.
  • Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including cash management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building

  • Cultivate a personalized and memorable customer experience by developing strong client relationships and providing expert product knowledge.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the local market to expand our clientele.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Set clear goals for your team, provide ongoing support and motivation, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate comprehensive boutique activity reports, analyze performance data, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Your Profile

We seek a highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for luxury retail.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Boutique Director or Assistant Director in the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
