About The Role:
As an Application Integration & Support Engineer H/F, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of applications.
Your responsibilities during the project phase include:
- Engaging in the technical design of solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall Information Systems architecture.
- Assisting in the configuration of applications.
- Participating in the pre-production phase: analyzing incidents with the project team and overseeing corrective actions.
- Reviewing and validating supplier documentation and application deliverables, contributing to the creation of technical documentation.
- Coordinating the simulation and final transition to the new application.
Once the applications are in production, your responsibilities will extend to:
- Centralizing user feedback, troubleshooting issues, and testing customized software solutions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives: automating tests, managing continuous integration, and overseeing deployments.
- Providing ongoing support for applications and their interfaces, including corrective, scalable, and adaptive maintenance.
- Coordinating the efforts of technical teams both within and outside the IT department.
About You:
- A Bac+5 / Engineering School diploma in Computer Science is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in integration and technical support.
- Desired sector knowledge includes Corporate, HR, Industry, and Energy functions.
- Familiarity with software solutions engineering is essential.
- Strong technical expertise in .NET, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud Azure, DevOps, Interfaces, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in application modeling and architecture is required.
- Fluency in both French and English is necessary.
