We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our engine project. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engine development, from design and testing to implementation and optimization. Your goal will be to drive our team to success by delivering high-performance engines that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in engine development and manufacturing* Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results* Strong understanding of engine design, materials science, and testing procedures* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
