Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including hygiene and comfort care, as well as preventive care as needed
• Assess client needs, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with the care services coordinator
• Participate in preventing dependency and encouraging clients to maintain their independence
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including making beds and maintaining care equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients

• Holder of the State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or equivalent
• Experience or beginners welcome
• Strong autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, interpersonal qualities, discretion, adaptability, observation skills, and team spirit
• Valid driving license required

• Possibility of permanent or temporary contract
• Salary according to the collective bargaining agreement category
