- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, logistics).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and quality management.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, Scrum), and strong project management skills.
