Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain a trading portfolio while establishing connections with significant clients in alignment with the desk's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to enhance operational productivity, creating robust and industry-leading systems.
- Attract, nurture, and retain emerging talent to ensure the desk is sufficiently staffed for optimal performance.
- Engage closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance.
- Foster a culture of ethical finance, good governance, supervision, and expense management.
- Communicate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with post-Brexit regulations.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to the firm's reputation and integrity.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with Sales, Research, and other departments across Markets to enhance market liquidity and contribute to the growth of the Citi franchise through effective client flow monetization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Bloomberg, booking systems, trading protocols, and closing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
