Project Lead - Implementation Management

Description

Within the Information Systems division, specifically in the Collaborator IS sector, we are seeking a Project Lead responsible for overseeing implementation management. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
  • Managing projects from requirements gathering through to the deployment of functionalities.
  • Supervising various stages of HRIS evolution or transformation initiatives: business framing, design, development and/or configuration management with providers, comprehensive testing, production rollout, and the introduction of new functionalities.
  • Evaluating the most appropriate solutions to fulfill organizational needs.
  • Regularly communicating project status to management and stakeholders to engage necessary parties for project success.
  • Analyzing and resolving tool malfunctions or incidents.
  • User support: Defining or conducting training sessions, drafting user manuals, monitoring new requirements and requested changes, configuring repositories.
  • Creating and sharing project-specific reporting (KPIs) and a weekly summary report to highlight key points.

Profile

With a higher education degree (BAC+5) in IT and/or HRIS, you possess substantial experience in HRIS project management (both functional and technical perspectives). You have developed expertise in:

  • Project management methodologies and leadership.
  • Client orientation (internal/external/partner).
  • Risk anticipation and management.
  • Effective communication.

Proficiency in payroll/TA processes and tools is essential.

You have a strong passion for teamwork, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate daily:

  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Reactivity and perseverance in the face of unexpected challenges.
  • Analytical skills to propose solutions and/or action plans.
  • Ability to synthesize information.
