Join Our Team as a Group Internal Control Coordinator

The Group Internal Control department at Groupe Lactalis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Internal Control Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in building and deploying the internal control framework, ensuring the effective implementation of controls, and promoting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the internal control framework in collaboration with business experts.
  • Test the efficiency of the system with pilot countries (Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, India, France).
  • Support the roll-out of Group's rules and 1st level controls within subsidiaries.
  • Assist in the implementation of an internal control IT tool.
  • Global coordination of internal control works.
  • Assist local controllers in monitoring their action plans and recommendations issued by the Group Internal Audit.
  • Prepare self-assessment campaigns and control sheets in the internal control platform.
  • Ensure key controls are carried out properly and build associated dashboards.
  • Administrate the platform (documentation management system, risks management, controls monitoring).
Requirements:
  • Graduated with an MSc in Management, Food sciences, or an MBA.
  • At least 3 years' experience within the Group (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Controlling, Internal Audit, etc.).
  • Real interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on project-mode and adapt to cultural and organizational differences.
  • Organization, pragmatism, open-mindedness, and good communication skills.
  • Able to work in English is mandatory, and a second foreign language would be appreciated.
