Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering technical knowledge of ZF products, problem-solving, and participating in Service Partners network expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers.
- Develop problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
- Participate in Service Partners network expansion to increase sales.
- Implement fleets and digital solution implementations.
- Meet sales targets of 30% for allocated customers or region.
- Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Initiate and participate in customer events.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Cooperate with internal teams.
- Distribute relevant ZF product documentation.
- Act as a ZF ambassador.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree.
- Good command of English & French (spoken & written) is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years).
- High level of computer skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Good commercial and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and dedicated.
- Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work.
- Flexible, good communicator, team player.
- Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work beyond working hours if required.
- Willingness to travel.
