Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering technical knowledge of ZF products, problem-solving, and participating in Service Partners network expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers.
  2. Develop problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
  3. Participate in Service Partners network expansion to increase sales.
  4. Implement fleets and digital solution implementations.
  5. Meet sales targets of 30% for allocated customers or region.
  6. Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives.
  7. Provide technical training and support to customers.
  8. Initiate and participate in customer events.
  9. Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  10. Cooperate with internal teams.
  11. Distribute relevant ZF product documentation.
  12. Act as a ZF ambassador.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant engineering degree.
  2. Good command of English & French (spoken & written) is essential; Arabic is a plus.
  3. Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years).
  4. High level of computer skills.
  5. Valid driving license.
  6. Good commercial and presentation skills.
  7. Highly motivated and dedicated.
  8. Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work.
  9. Flexible, good communicator, team player.
  10. Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
  11. Willingness to work beyond working hours if required.
  12. Willingness to travel.
