EPAM seeks a Data Delivery Director to lead and manage complex data projects within our Data & Analytics practice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery according to EPAM's established processes. You will cultivate strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and representing delivery at governance levels.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding end-to-end project delivery, guaranteeing adherence to EPAM's best practices.
  • Cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Orchestrating multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution across all aspects.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, develop delivery plans, and conduct retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with engagements, escalating major issues promptly.
  • Contributing to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals for existing and prospective clients.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and a strong understanding of business principles in both French and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, quality, integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in implementing data delivery pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • A solid grasp of data modeling principles and database design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex data projects from inception to completion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data technologies, encompassing databases, data warehousing solutions, and ETL tools.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams, including recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and their associated data services.
