Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' payments are made on time and that our cash flow is optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update our database with financial and accounting information for our clients
  • Collect outstanding debts from clients to contribute to our cash flow optimization
  • Analyze our clients' financial accounts
  • Identify the causes of delayed payments
  • Track and follow up on payment promises made by our clients
  • Qualify and record disputes
  • Prepare comprehensive files for transmission to our legal department
  • Identify payment patterns of our major clients
  • Compose and send reminder letters to our clients
  • Develop tailored strategies for recovering debts from our clients

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in a field related to accounting or finance, such as a BTS in accounting or a related field, and have at least one year of experience in a similar role
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • You have a solid understanding of financial accounting and the French public procurement code
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are autonomous and proactive in your work
  • You are able to manage and reassure clients at various levels
