Are you ready to embark on a journey in the tourism sector? Join us for a professional training program that combines practical experience with the chance to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Tourism through an apprenticeship.

YOUR ROLE

As a travel sales consultant, your main objective will be to greet, advise, and market travel services to boost sales at the point of sale and foster customer loyalty. In this position, you will:

  • Assist clients in organizing their trips based on their preferences
  • Support clients with administrative tasks (visa applications, flight check-ins, etc.)
  • Highlight promotional offers in the storefront
  • Manage incoming emails from the agency

During your apprenticeship, you will also engage in daily operations and execute sales strategies at the point of sale.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Possess a High School diploma in Commerce or Tourism
  • Enjoy interacting with individuals and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exhibit independence, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and inquisitiveness
  • Skilled in using computer applications (Microsoft Office suite)
  • A good command of English is an advantage
