emagine Consulting is seeking a talented Data Analyst to contribute to our mission of providing data-driven solutions for clients in the financial sector.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in uncovering valuable insights from complex datasets and collaborating with stakeholders to translate these findings into actionable strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping informed decision-making across various aspects of our client's operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify key areas where data analysis can drive impactful results.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare datasets for comprehensive analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that reveal valuable insights.
  • Develop clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of machine learning models by providing high-quality data and conducting rigorous analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and machine learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and basic model building.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
