Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data quality, detect and analyze anomalies, and manage client complaints.
  • Process and validate documents, initiate payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, informing clients of their rights and obligations, and guiding them through the administrative process.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Promote digital services to clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Apply regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines, adhering to legal and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure equal treatment of client files.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the social legislation domain.
