Position: Culinary Operations Specialist

Newrest is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Culinary Operations Specialist to enhance our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and have a strong affinity for local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of both cold and hot dishes while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Support the head chef or sous chef in the kitchen during their absence.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and effective management of kitchen equipment.
  • Foster and maintain positive interactions with patrons.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP).

Position Details:
Type of Establishment: Educational Institution
Working Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Meal Volume: 500 servings
Team Composition: 5 members

Qualifications:

Formal education in culinary arts such as CAP, BEP, or Bac professionnel de restauration.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Must be dynamic, positive, self-sufficient, meticulous, adaptable, and a team player.
A genuine passion for high-quality cuisine and local products.
