We are seeking an Experienced Setter for Fixed Dollies, Mori Seiki.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Setting up and calibrating lathes and machining centers:
· Selecting the assembly box and specific tools from inventory
· Assembling the machinery and pre-setting tools in accordance with manufacturing guidelines
· Independently adjusting and fine-tuning the machinery as per the reference plan in the DHR
· Initiating series production based on the control schedule
· Monitoring and managing production (quality, quantity, compliance, and production timelines)
· Independently executing corrective measures in case of equipment malfunctions
· Suggesting continuous improvement initiatives (tools and programming)
· Programming for new components
· Conducting first-level maintenance and upkeep

Production in small to medium series.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, showcasing proficiency in machining techniques (turning, milling)
• Independent programming capabilities
• Expertise in Mori Seiki machinery
• Familiarity with CITIZEN M32/L12 mobile dollies is advantageous
• Proficient in ERP software
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints
• Compliance with instructions and traceability
• Observant, practical, and logical
• Attention to detail and diligence in work
