Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexible Pipeline Lead Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our multicultural team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of large projects, integrating client and project requirements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in subsea pipeline design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. They will be fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of large projects, including iEPCI contracts
  • Develop and implement flexible pipeline solutions based on cross-section design, in-place analysis, and equipment design
  • Manage and lead meetings with internal and client stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with disciplines specialists and R&D teams
  • Elaborate and update execution planning for activities related to the specific domain
  • Anticipate resource needs and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide regular reports to the Project Engineering Manager and Department Manager
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical or hydrodynamic engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in subsea pipeline design
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Autonomous and organized, with strong decision-making abilities
