As a SHEQ Project Administrator at Exyte, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our construction projects in Northern France.

About the RoleThe SHEQ Project Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision of work on a construction project, working closely with the Works Supervisors, SHEQ Site Manager, and other EHS Advisors from subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, a strong culture of prevention/safety and the environment, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure EHS coordination of work carried out on the project by Exyte
- Conduct preliminary visits with subcontractors
- Accompany, control, and monitor contractors during works
- Assist the Constructions Manager with the issue of work permits
- Carry out safety inspections of contractors
- Carry out EHS audits to ensure compliance with Exyte's SHEQ guidelines
- Monitor the implementation of subcontractors' quality control plans
- Manage any Quality non-conformities detected
- 2-3 years of higher education in EHS or an equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of successful experience in a similar position or an internship/work-study programme in site EHS
- Native or Fluent French speaker
- A valid driving license
- English level B2
