Your Role: As a Maintenance Technician at Pomly, a subsidiary of Andros, you will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes.
- Collaborating closely with production operators to prevent issues and providing training on basic maintenance to ensure a smooth operation.
- Ensuring equipment safety during interventions and effectively using maintenance management software to streamline our maintenance operations.
Requirements: Candidates should have a vocational diploma or BTS in industrial or electrical maintenance, with strong skills in electricity, mechanics, and maintenance. Previous industry experience is preferred, but not required. If you are analytical, reactive, technically curious, and adaptable to change, you could thrive in this role.
