Accor is seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing flower arrangements for our hotel's daily requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and create floral arrangements for events, including weddings and functions.
- Prepare bouquets for guests and lobby centerpieces.
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Manage floral orders and communicate with guests, bookers, and other departments.
- Responsible for ordering flowers and floral products, monitoring their arrivals, and maintaining par stocks.
- Ensure good relations with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Comply with hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Adhere to personnel grooming and hygiene standards.
- Good organizational skills and self-discipline.
- Good level of engagement with guests.
- Exemplary personal hygiene.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping Operations is an asset.
- Proficient knowledge of English (written & oral) is an asset.
