We are seeking a skilled electromechanic to join our team at Etigo, a leading company in the fastening, identifying, and tracing products market.

• Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• CNC Operations: Utilize CNC commands to operate and program machinery, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Create and implement maintenance schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Energy Handling: Safely handle electrical and pneumatic energy, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Monitor production quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Tooling and Parameters: Assemble, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling and parameters to ensure optimal production outcomes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve tooling malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
• Technical Documentation: Analyze and interpret technical documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Process Adaptation: Adapt to strict processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

• Electrical or Electromechanical Background: Possess a strong foundation in electrical or electromechanical principles and practices.
• System Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Technical Literacy: Be able to read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and documents.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
