  • Financial Statements: Collaborates in the preparation of precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with the international finance team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantees compliance with accounting standards and legal obligations.
  • Audit Coordination: Organizes and facilitates external audit processes.
  • Tax Compliance: Compiles tax documentation (including VAT and gaming taxes) and submits to the relevant authorities.
  • Ongoing Accounting: Involved in continuous accounting operations.
  • Process Optimization: Recognizes and implements improvements in accounting procedures and controls.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Engages closely with finance colleagues and other departments across various locations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversees a junior accountant and provides support as needed.
  • Consolidation Participation: Takes part in the group consolidation activities.
  • Management Reporting: Prepares quarterly management financial reports.
  • Inter-company Transactions: Manages responsibilities related to inter-company transactions.
  • Analytical Support: Conducts various analyses including cash flow management, banking operations, treasury functions, and financial administration in collaboration with senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Certified accountant - CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and regulations, with knowledge of local tax legislation (particularly VAT); familiarity with gaming tax regulations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
