Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance visits throughout the Normandy area.
- Ensure the availability of all required tools and review service documentation prior to visits.
- Occasionally perform diagnostic tasks and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver detailed service reports for billing purposes.
- Assist the sales team with technical knowledge and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize safety on-site and ensure personal safety during all operations.
- Technical expertise in automation, electrical systems, or smart home technology.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, or installation of technical equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to client requirements.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
