Lemonway is a leading provider of payment solutions for marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. As a Legal Officer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing advisory services to our business teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the legal team in reviewing and drafting contracts for various business activities, including IT services and payment services agreements.
- Provide legal training to our operational teams, including sales and customer support.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of French contractual law and corporate law, with a focus on IT services and payment services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve legal issues and negotiate contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Master 2 in Law (Business law, contractual law, banking law)
- Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft 365, MS Teams)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment
- Knowledge of European languages (Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus
