We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Treatment Process Expert to join our team at Automotive Cells Company - ACC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the electrical treatment process for Li-B manufacturing, ensuring high-quality and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to define process parameters and identify potential risks
- Design and implement measurement systems to characterize product quality
- Assist equipment suppliers during manufacturing plant ramp-up
- Analyze results and propose improvements to reach specifications or increase stability
- Define root cause and propose actions plans for deviations
- Standardize process parameters for robust serial production
- Lead process optimization efforts to meet company targets and roadmap
- Stay up-to-date with new processes in the Li-B market and build a benchmark portfolio
- Synthesize results, strategy, and targets in roadmaps
- 5-10 years of experience in process engineering
- Experience in process qualification: calibration, R&R, Cpk
- Master of Sciences in mechanical or industrial engineering or related fields
- Fluent in French and English; German and/or Chinese optional
