We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our technical team at Collection Saint-Siméon, with opportunities for advancement into a managerial role.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations across our properties.

Reporting to the Technical Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • Identifying issues and performing necessary repairs
  • Carrying out maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, electronics, mechanics, and building) with an emphasis on electrical work
  • Complying with safety and hygiene regulations in all technical tasks
  • Following established processes within the department (CMMS, inventory management, task scheduling, maintenance planning, etc.)
Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Extensive knowledge of building maintenance trades (electricity, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc.), particularly in electrical systems
  • Experience with CMMS is advantageous
  • Ability to respond quickly and be available as needed
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capability to optimize activities
  • Self-sufficiency
  • Effective stress management
  • Prioritization skills and the ability to raise concerns when necessary
  • Ability to foster positive and productive relationships with team members

Full-time permanent position - 39 hours per week
Competitive salary starting from €2,500 gross based on experience
Two consecutive days off - On-call duty (one weekend every three weeks - to be determined)
