Equality and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Equality and Inclusion Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing IKEA as a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Influence the consideration and integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion into our business practices.
- Work as the country contact for all aspects related to equality, diversity, and inclusion, including supporting the Diversity and Inclusion Network.
- Co-create with the Group Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Centre of Expertise to establish a solid equality, diversity, and inclusion approach.
- Proactively collect and share country equality, diversity, and inclusion needs with the Centre of Expertise.
- Implement the Group Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion agenda in the local organization and contribute to other projects related to equality in the country.
- Adapt supporting materials to local needs, including the Diversity and Inclusion Approach Toolkit and support specific dimensions of diversity in the country.
- Network with stakeholders across the country organization to proactively support the integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all functions.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge about market trends, latest developments, and best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion in the country.
- Collaborate with external organizations focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion in the country.
- Serve as a role model and an ambassador to the IKEA Diversity and Inclusion purpose, impacting our customers, co-workers, and society.
- Secure equality, diversity, and inclusion is a part of leadership and competence development and approaches to build competence across the organization.
