Senior Networking Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex networking projects for a global blue-chip networking vendor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise-scale networking solutions and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end networking projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored networking solutions that meet their business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and support, to ensure project success.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Oversee the technical delivery of complex networking solutions, including LAN/WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to improve future project performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in project management within the networking industry, with a focus on large-scale enterprise networking projects.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, wireless, network security, and cloud networking.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering complex networking projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage risks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
