Process Engineering Team Leader

Overall Objective:
The Process Engineering Team Leader is responsible for directing and coordinating a team of process engineers to ensure that production processes are reliable and efficient, meeting the company's objectives in quality, cost, delivery, and technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with various departments such as production, maintenance, YEPI, and R&D, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing robust processes that guarantee consistent production.
- Investigating non-quality issues (such as production holds, scrap rates, and yield losses) and establishing action plans to address root causes.
- Providing immediate support to production teams in resolving issues related to lots or equipment.
- Leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Formulating strategies for new processes and tools.
Success in this role will be achieved by fostering and empowering your team, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols, and identifying gaps to create actionable plans that align with corporate objectives while maintaining a motivated workforce.
Candidate ProfileEducational Background:
- Degree in engineering, preferably in physics, microelectronics, or chemistry.
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Dry Etching, Wet processes, Strip, or CMP, with relevant leadership experience.
Required Language Skills:
Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
