Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Assistant. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and address individual needs, developing personalized care plans as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in social care, such as a Diploma in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Have experience working in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid driving license and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
