Job Description

EURHASI is recruiting an IT/Telecom Project Manager M/F for its client, a European leader in MVNE services. This role involves managing cellular connectivity projects with a vast and multidisciplinary scope, from standardized solutions to tailor-made services for large customers.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You will work closely with sales teams, R&D managers, product managers, and technical management to implement new services around data, eSIM, security, VoLTE/VoWiFi, and innovative internal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and supervise projects in the field, identifying stakeholders and influencing project governance.
  • Manage project progress, impact, and contractual deadlines, as well as third-party partners in a complex environment.
  • Identify risks, mitigation solutions, and potential alerts throughout the project.
  • Carry out standard communication with clients, suppliers, teams, and management.
  • Organize project transfer to Operations teams.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Participate in technical and software solution choice, collaborating with R&D and IT & Telecoms Development teams.
  • Ensure compliance and viability of the solution, guaranteeing smooth project phases.
  • Evaluate technical risks and lead associated action plans.

Commitment Management/Customer Relationship:

  • Understand and assimilate contract commitment levels.
  • Verify scope of functionalities or requirements respected by internal teams and customer teams, identify gaps.
  • Pilot realization and follow-up of progress to prevent drift in time and expenses, evaluate remaining work and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Profil:

With a minimum Bac+5 education in Telecommunications or Computer Science, you have 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in IT/Telecom Project Management or hardware and software solution integration. You have strong leadership, technical curiosity, good editorial quality, dynamism, rigor, and autonomy. You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
