Votre future équipe :

Sous la responsabilité de Marion, Responsable d'Activités au sein d'Assystem Project Management, vous rejoignez les équipes PMO / Project Control d'un de nos plus gros clients dans le secteur nucléaire.

Vos missions :

Nous recrutons plusieurs PMO / Project Controllers sur la zone Marseille et Aix-en-Provence (site de Cadarache et la Duranne).

Il s'agit de postes PMO complet, Project Control, incluant la gestion des délais, des coûts, des risques et Performance liés au projet.

Véritable interface entre les différents acteurs du Projet, vous prenez en charge :

  • La création et le contrôle du planning, de l'avancement physique ainsi que des plans de charge
  • Le suivi et le contrôle des coûts du projet (engagements, dépenses, modifications et transferts budgétaires, provisions), ainsi que la proposition d'actions correctives en cas de dépassement
  • La mise en place & mise à jour des KPI/indicateurs et tableaux de bord de pilotage du projet (au profit des fonctions projets et métiers).
  • L'analyse/ maîtrise des risques et opportunités du projet : identification, analyse et pondération, mise en oeuvre des actions préventives
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes du projet & intervenir dans un rôle d'aide à la décision du chef de programme,
  • Faciliter la communication au sein du projet et l'intégration de changements.

Qualifications

Vos atouts et les prérequis pour réussir :

  • De formation Bac+5 (Ingénieur ou Master Management de Projet), vous disposez de 3 à 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste de PMO/Project Controller dans le secteur industriel.
  • Vous justifiez de compétences approfondies en Planning et maitrisez au moins un logiciel de planification de projet (Planisware, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre aisance relationnelle ainsi que votre esprit collaboratif vous permettant de travailler efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un environnement complexe et multi-projets.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux et faites preuve de capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Vous êtes passioné.e par le management de projet et l'aide à la décision, par l'amélioration continue, mais aussi par le développement de méthodes ou d'outils.
