We provide diversified sources of private market returns through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the GP Stake Investments team in building and executing the investment strategy to get exposure to minority stakes of GPs/Private Markets Asset Managers through various routes.
- Assist the investment team in various aspects of the investment process, including market screening, analysis, and update of market valuations database.
- Draft a monthly newsletter related to GP Stake activity dedicated to AXA IM Prime.
- Conduct research on key themes in line with our investment strategy and perform ad-hoc tasks and projects related to our activity.
- Master's or advanced degree in Finance/Economics.
- Previous experience in M&A Investment banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage databases and reporting tools used to drive decision-making.
- Excellent writing skills and proven ability to multi-task and produce quality work within tight deadlines.
- A hard-working, dynamic, and proactive self-starter enjoying entrepreneurial environments that value initiative and autonomy.
- True team player with good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
