A key position within the General Services department at Hermès, the Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of essential infrastructure and technical maintenance at multiple sites. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational functionality of key infrastructure in collaboration with relevant departments
- Supervise general technical maintenance activities
- Coordinate elevator maintenance across all sites
- Optimize energy consumption
- Maintain client relationships and respond to internal requests
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and maintenance optimization
- Support continuity of service during absences
Key Activities:
- Maintain essential infrastructure
- Coordinate general maintenance activities
- Manage routine and preventive maintenance operations
- Supervise interventions by external providers
- Oversee elevator maintenance
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities
- Support procurement processes
- Contribute to real estate projects
Performance Indicators:
- Timely completion of preventive maintenance
- Incidents causing disruptions
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Timely completion of budgeted repairs and improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in IT tools and reporting
- Proactive, organized, and professional
