As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

• Deliver essential hygiene and comfort services alongside preventive care measures.
• Assess individual needs, track their development, and communicate effectively with the care services coordinator.
• Play a key role in preventing dependency and encouraging active participation.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, including bed-making and maintenance of medical supplies.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights to ensure seamless care.
• Provide information and emotional support to individuals.

• Possession of the State Diploma of Aide-Soignant or an equivalent qualification.
• Open to both experienced individuals and newcomers based on task requirements.
• Essential skills include autonomy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, observational acumen, teamwork, and a valid driving license.
