The Groupe Tressol-Chabrier is seeking a dedicated Commercial Advisor for the automotive sector. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for a variety of key functions:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers within your designated area.
  • Prospecting and Retention: Conduct customer outreach and implement loyalty initiatives.
  • Financial Solutions: Present financing options and additional products to clients.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the Group and Brand CRM systems.
  • Test Drives and Offers: Encourage customers to experience our vehicles through test drives, rentals, and trade-in options.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and deliver necessary post-sales documentation to the Commercial Secretary.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the stock of displayed vehicles, including new, used, and commercial options.
  • Agent Management: Independently supervise agents and establish performance objectives.
  • Lead Handling: Manage incoming leads and online inquiries effectively.
