Antitrust Counsel Position

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Antitrust Counsel to join our Ethics & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust law and a proven track record of providing strategic advice to businesses.

About the Role: As an Antitrust Counsel, you will be responsible for providing antitrust advice to our business units, coordinating merger control and foreign investment filings, and managing responses to agency requests. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and advise on legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Competition Law, Economic law, or International law, and have passed the Bar in one or more jurisdictions. You will also need to have a strong understanding of international antitrust law and experience working in a multinational environment.
