Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roady Drancy. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
• Process transactions, including sales and returns, in a secure and accurate manner.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
• Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment and promoting sales.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Cap or Bac or BTS in sales and/or commerce.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of mechanics and automotive products is an asset.
• Valid driver's license (permis B).
