In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our sports facilities, providing exceptional service to users, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

• User Experience: Greet and assist facility users, manage locker room assignments, provide guidance and information, and proactively address any conflicts or concerns.
• Activity Support: Prepare sports fields, set up equipment, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Promote respect for facilities and encourage proper usage.
• Safety & Efficiency: Conduct regular equipment safety checks, implement necessary user protection measures, and actively contribute to energy conservation efforts.
