About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Resource Planner to join our Maintenance Service team, specializing in Primary Components, Welding, and Machining at our Chalon-sur-Saône facility. As a vital link between headquarters and on-site operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance interventions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Effectively allocate resources across diverse projects, taking into account workload forecasts, qualifications, authorizations, skills, functions, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with site personnel to adjust intervention schedules based on operational constraints.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor training programs to maintain necessary authorizations for our team.
- Manage the scheduling of medical examinations for our workforce.
- Handle leave requests in coordination with the department manager.
- Work collaboratively with other planners to optimize the overall workload distribution within the intervention team.
- Participate actively in skills management and development initiatives through regular meetings with the manager.
- Oversee subcontracting relationships and procurement requests for our operations.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in planning operations. A minimum of a +2 degree is required, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills are essential due to frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and reactively, making sound decisions and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing daily schedule adjustments with precision.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and the ability to reprogram schedules based on evolving constraints.
- A customer-centric approach to ensure seamless operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Visual Planning software is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with intervention constraints specific to nuclear sites and Framatome's Base Installée France activities would be beneficial.
