As part of a dedicated team comprising 2 occupational therapists, 1 dietitian, and 1 psychologist, your role will focus on supporting the home care of elderly and disabled individuals.

  • Conducting comprehensive home evaluations
  • Providing tailored recommendations for both technical and human support
  • Collaborating with a network of professionals to facilitate patient assistance
  • Implementing preventive initiatives
  • Leading workshops aimed at fall prevention
