ObjectiveEnsure optimal performance and reliability of production machinery to meet industrial goals (availability, processes, quality, and budget) under your oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Maintenance & Equipment division, you will oversee the efficiency and uptime of the machinery essential for our product manufacturing. In addition to providing methodological support to maintenance teams, you will focus on enhancing industrial metrics (Cost, Quality, Time) of the equipment in close collaboration with Process & Production teams.

Your responsibilities include:


Driving continuous enhancement of maintenance team performance through strategic action plans and ongoing refinement of preventive and corrective procedures to boost team efficiency,Leading reliability initiatives by analyzing Equipment & CMMS data, employing methodologies such as FMEA to enhance equipment stability and availability,Managing the maintenance budget effectively,Keeping abreast of technological advancements in a rapidly changing environment to upgrade your equipment, particularly concerning obsolescence,Defining equipment specifications aligned with process requirements for new installations.

Overseeing cross-functional projects and collaborative groups.
Your ProfileWith an engineering background, you possess a strong passion for applied sciences and technology (electromechanics, robotics, control systems, vacuum technology, chemistry, etc.).


You are proficient in the following methodologies:
FMEA, 6S, Hishikawa, and the utilization of CMMS data.

Self-sufficient, proactive, and hands-on, you are recognized for your creativity, analytical mindset, and interpersonal skills within a team environment.

You have a keen interest in the complexity and technical aspects of equipment, along with a penchant for analytical methodologies.
You are fluent in English.


Ingénieur de formation, vous avez une réelle appétence pour les sciences et technique appliquées (électromécanique, robotique, régulation, technologie du vide, chimie etc.).

Vous maîtrisez les méthodes suivantes : AMDEC, 6S, Hishikawa et l'utilisation des données GMAO.

Autonome, dynamique, homme/femme de terrain, vous êtes également reconnu pour votre créativité, votre esprit de synthèse et votre sens du relationnel au sein d'une équipe.

Vous avez un fort attrait pour la complexité et la technicité des équipements, et un intérêt pour les approches analytiques.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.
