About the Job

This internship is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Design Development Center EMEA (RDDC EMEA) team, where you will support the Corporate Retail & Sustainability Manager in driving sustainable initiatives across the region.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Communication:
  • Develop and maintain sustainable guidelines for the RDDC, aligned with global recommendations.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for various stakeholders, including regional and global management, RDDC members, and ELC EMEA affiliates.
  • Cascade information received from ELC Global team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Organize peer-to-peer approach with regional teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare quarterly newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support:
  • Assist the Corporate Retail & Sustainability Manager in sustainable projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Support RDDC members in their sustainable developments, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Update existing sustainable tools and resources to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Research:
  • Source new sustainable materials and update the existing database to ensure it remains comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Monitor competitors' sustainable initiatives to stay informed and identify best practices.
  • Reporting:
  • Regroup and analyze RDDC sustainable projects to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Report RDDC improvements and developments to regional and global teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Establish tools and processes to encourage sustainable practices in store design and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Education Level: Student in sustainability or business school with a sustainability focus. Master's Degree desirable.
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Last year of study.
  • Required Language Proficiency: French, English (mandatory).
