We are currently on the lookout for talented individuals to fill the role of Press Operator within our client's facilities, focusing on their Cutting and Injection departments.

As a Press Operator, you will report directly to the Supervisor or Team Leader, and your primary duties will encompass:

• Operating cutting or injection presses: managing start and stop functions, and interpreting quality metrics.
• Providing raw materials: ensuring that the necessary materials are available for production.
• Conducting cleaning and basic maintenance: maintaining the presses and associated equipment.
• Understanding cutting tools or injection molds: performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assisting technicians: participating in the assembly and disassembly of tools.
• Executing quality controls: documenting and ensuring product traceability while identifying any non-conforming items.

To excel in this position, candidates should ideally possess a technical degree or relevant production experience. A dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to thrive in environments with elevated temperatures and frequent lifting. This role will require flexibility to work shifts according to the operational schedule of the company.
