Position Overview
We are currently seeking an:
Operational Support Assistant M/F
In a fixed-term contract
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with operations: managing absences, processing orders...
- Overseeing administrative personnel tasks (inputting payroll data, verifying payrolls, monitoring temporary staff...)
- Conducting financial oversight (purchase orders via SAP software, reporting provisions to the Administrative and Financial Department...)
- Performing secretarial duties (drafting emails, letters)
- Carrying out executive assistant responsibilities
Candidate Profile
You possess a Bac to Bac+2 in executive assistance and/or administrative management.
Prior experience in a similar operational role is advantageous.
You demonstrate excellent communication abilities with various stakeholders, and you are detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
Proficiency in office and computer tools is essential (multiple software applications utilized).
Additional Information
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary commensurate with your profile, distributed over 13 months based on seniority
